Refund policy

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@spiritandjourney.com with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of some products (e.g., crystals, spiritual tools), certain items may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
